1)MILK CHOCOLATE

The most prominent type of chocolates is Milk Chocolates. It is a solid chocolate that contains only 10% to 40% cocao mixed with sugar and milk. It is at present, the most popular form of chocolate in many countries, the market for milk chocolate was worth $63.2 billion in 2018.

Now you can make your favourite chocolates with only four ingredients.

INGREDIENTS :

  • 1 cup Powdered Sugar
  • ¾ cup Cocoa Powder
  • ⅓ cup Powdered Milk
  • ¾ cup coconut oil

METHOD:

Mix all the dry ingredients properly in a bowl. Heat some water in a frying pan and place a heatproof bowl on it. Add ¾ cup of coconut oil and slowly mix all the dry ingredients with it. Churn all the ingredients slowly. Once done, pour your sweet, delicious mixture into the silicon mould. You can add some nuts, almonds etc.
Keep the mould in the refrigerator for about 2-3 hours. Your soft, yummy chocolates are ready. Now you can eat as much as your heart wants.

2)DARK CHOCOLATE

Dark chocolate is made up of chocolate liquor, sugar, and cocoa butter. The amount of cocoa in dark chocolate varies from 30 percent to 80 percent. The difference between dark chocolate and bittersweet chocolate is that the latter is used for the baking purposes while the former does not.

Want to make your bitter Chocolate at Home? Well all you need is:

  • 1 cup Cocoa Powder
  • 4 Tablespoons Honey
  • Coconut Oil
  • Vanilla
  • Sea Salt

Method:

Melt the coconut oil in a small pot over the stovetop on low heat.
Once melted remove the oil from the heat and add the cocoa powder, honey, vanilla, sea salt.
Churn everything completely until the honey has dissolved into the chocolate mixture.
Pour the chocolate into silicone moulds and put them in the freezer for at least 30 minutes or in the fridge for at least an hour. Once they become solid hard, you can pop them out and eat them.

3)WHITE CHOCOLATE

White chocolate is actually not a chocolate. It is made up of dairy products, cream and cocoa butter. This white treat contains a minimum 20 percent cocoa butter, a maximum of 55 percent sugar, and about 15 percent milk solids. It tastes like smooth vanilla and is quite delicious.

INGREDIENTS:

  • ¼ cup Butter
  • ⅓ cup Icing Sugar
  • 2 tsp Milk Powder
  • ¼ tsp Vanilla Essence
  • ⅛ tsp Salt

METHOD:

Boil water in a frying pan and place a heatproof bowl over it. Add butter to it and melt the butter with the spoon. Now add sugar to it. Add milk powder, vanilla essence, salt and whisk it.
Now put your white, creamy liquid in a silicone mould and put it in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
Your White Chocolate is ready !!!

4)SEMISWEET CHOCOLATE

This chocolate falls somewhere between bittersweet Chocolate and dark Chocolate. It contains approximately 35% cocoa seeds. This Chocolate dominates the baking industry.

5)BITTERSWEET CHOCOLATE

According to FDA guidelines Bittersweet Chocolate must contain at least 35 percent cocoa but most bittersweet bars contain 50% to 80% percent cocoa. These chocolates have more bitter flavour as compared to the other Chocolates.

6)UNSWEETENED CHOCOLATE

The name is apt for this chocolate as it is made up of Chocolate liquor and ground cocoa beans. It is also called baking Chocolate, because it’s not meant for direct consumption. This chocolate like other Chocolates does not taste very good.

7)COCOA POWDER

8)SWEET GERMAN CHOCOLATE
