  1. 3 frozen bananas
  2. ½ cup frozen raspberries
  3. ½ cup of beetroot

HOW TO MAKE ?

Put all the ingredients in the bowl of a stand mixer or blender and blend until smooth and creamy.

You can top it up with strawberries and frozen raspberries.

2)Mango Smoothie Bowl ( 2 servings)

INGREDIENTS :

  1. 4 frozen mangoes.  (Yuppp! Just one ingredient)

HOW TO MAKE?

Put mangoes in the bowl of a stand mixer or blender and blend until smooth and creamy.

You can top it up with frozen raspberries and chocolates to make a perfect healthy mango smoothie ( for cheat days only !)

3)Blueberry Smoothie Bowl ( 2 servings)

INGREDIENTS:

  1. 3 frozen bananas
  2. 1 cup frozen blueberries

HOW TO MAKE?

Put all the ingredients in the bowl of a stand mixer or blender and blend until smooth and creamy.

To make it look more presentable and yummy, You can top it up with more frozen blueberries and chocolates.

ADDITIONAL TIP FOR MAKING SMOOTHIES :

Cut frozen food into pieces before blending.

4)Blue Smoothie Bowl (2 Servings)

  2. 1 tbsp blue spirulina

INGREDIENTS:

  3. ½ tbsp matcha
